Meet your contractor

Meet Sean. The contractor behind the work.

Licensed General Contractor • Journeyman Plasterer

When you hire a contractor, you are handing someone the keys to your home. Here is who you are trusting, and why the way he got here matters.

Sean Farnon, licensed general contractor serving Marietta, Georgia
Finished wood ceiling with exposed beams by O’Sean Construction

Construction from every side of the job.

Most contractors know construction from one angle. Sean has worked it from several — running large commercial drywall and framing operations, finishing walls as a certified journeyman plasterer, and spending years doing hands-on repair work directly inside people's homes.

That combination is unusual, and homeowners feel it in practical ways: an accurate scope written before the work starts, trades that show up in the right order, a jobsite that stays clean, and a finish that holds up under scrutiny.

Most calls and texts answered the same day — usually within an hour.

Every project I complete is backed by a one-year workmanship warranty. If something isn't right, I come back and make it right.

    Managing large construction operations

Before O'Sean Construction existed, Sean worked as a Project Manager and General Superintendent for one of the largest drywall and framing companies in the Southeast. That meant running schedules, supervising professional crews, holding trades accountable and answering for the finished product on large-scale jobs.

A trade certification, not a sales pitch

Sean is a Journeyman Plasterer. That certification is why walls and ceilings on his projects read dead-flat in raking afternoon light, and why plaster restoration in older Marietta homes gets treated as a craft rather than a patch job.

    Numerous years inside homeowners' homes

Before becoming a general contractor, Sean spent numerous years inside homeowners' homes — thousands of hours solving residential repair and improvement problems in occupied houses. That is where the communication standard came from: homeowners want to know who is coming, when, and what it will actually take.
